By booking or participating in any session, service, program, workshop, or online offering, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
The Nature of the Services
Louise by Light offers holistic wellbeing services including quantum healing, life coaching, emotional guidance, meditation, energy work, and personal development support.
These services are designed to support self-awareness, emotional well-being, relaxation, and personal growth. While many people experience positive changes and emotional relief through this work, every person’s experience is unique.
Some sessions may bring up emotions, memories, or reflections that can feel intense or uncomfortable before clarity or relief is experienced. This can be a natural part of emotional processing and personal development work.
The services offered by Louise by Light are not medical or psychological treatments and are not intended to replace professional healthcare, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or medical advice.
If you are experiencing serious mental health concerns or are under medical or psychological treatment, you are encouraged to consult with a qualified healthcare professional.
Personal Responsibility
By participating in any service offered by Louise by Light, you understand that you are fully responsible for your own well-being, choices, interpretations, and actions before, during, and after sessions.
Healing and coaching work can sometimes create emotional shifts, increased awareness, or periods of reflection that continue after a session has ended. While sessions are intended to be supportive and grounding, emotional reactions and personal insights may vary from person to person.
Disclaimer
Louise by Light offers certified Quantum Healing. Louise by Light does not diagnose illnesses, provide medical treatment, prescribe medication, or offer licensed psychological therapy.
All services are offered as complementary to one’s own evolution of mind, body, soul and spirit.
By participating in sessions, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and understand that Louise by Light cannot be held responsible for personal, emotional, mental, physical, financial, or relational decisions or experiences resulting from participation in services.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Louise by Light and Louise Jonsson are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of services.
Sessions & Client Suitability
Louise by Light reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if it is believed that the support requested falls outside the scope of the services offered.
Services are intended for adults aged 18 years or older unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are expected to participate respectfully and honestly and to seek additional professional support where appropriate.
Confidentiality
Personal information shared during sessions is treated with care and respect.
All conversations are kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law or there is concern regarding serious harm to yourself or others.
Sessions may be recorded if requested and if both parties consent to record the session. The recorded session is for private use only.
Payments & Cancellations
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations made less than [24] hours before a scheduled session may be charged in full.
Once a session has taken place, payments are non-refundable.
Louise by Light reserves the right to reschedule appointments in the case of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.
Online Sessions
For online sessions, clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a comfortable, private environment.
Louise by Light is not responsible for interruptions caused by technical issues outside reasonable control.
Website & Intellectual Property
All content shared through the Louise by Light website, social media, programs, written materials, audio, or digital downloads remains the intellectual property of Louise by Light unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Privacy
Any personal information submitted through bookings, newsletters, contact forms, or sessions is handled with care and in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
Louise by Light does not sell personal information to third parties.
Changes to Terms
Louise by Light reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after updates have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden.
